Update: now we have attended head start puppy, kinderpup, and real life manners classes with Pupdogs Training. Our dog is well on his way to being just the best family pet. The skills we’ve developed are essential in teaching our dog to be an excellent companion. Susan meets students where they are and seeks progress not perfection. The focus is on learning in a relaxed environment. I look forward to our canine good citizen sessions (up next).

We have had Susan come to our home to work with us over three sessions on some challenging behaviors with our pup. She is very skilled and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We saw improvements in our pup’s behavior immediately. She also helped us understand the dog’s developmental age and what to expect next. We learned so much and have appreciated having a calmer and more peaceful home with our pup!

We had a wonderful experience working with Susan for our Labrador’s training. She had some excellent tips that helped improve our puppy’s behavior tremendously. The training went at a good pace and was well coordinated. I especially liked the small class size which allowed for plenty of personal attention and time for questions. We very much appreciated the time Susan took with each puppy and how she ensured every dog had a safe environment for play. The communication prior to and after each class was excellent. The documents prepared for reading were very helpful and will be an excellent reference for continued use.
