Quality K9 Concepts

We recently enrolled our 5-month old German Shepherd puppy, Ruger, in the Quality K9 Concepts board and train, and had the pleasure of working with Felicia the entire time. Felicia has an enormous amount of experience training dogs in several disciplines, and her approach and knowledge base was perfect for Ruger. She was able to take a very difficult puppy with no sense of self-control and a very bad biting habit and help him to become a VERY well mannered (slightly older) puppy who is great around our kids, follows a whole series of commands, is responsive, and just an all around great dog. The experience from start to finish has been fantastic, with being able to go out and see where he would be living, what his daily routine would consist of, and receiving regular updates from Felicia during his training. I can't say enough good things about Felicia and the board and train program. I could tell that Felicia genuinely cared about Ruger and formed a bond during their training and living together. Based on our experience, I can say that these are true professionals who come to the table with extension training and experience. The end product for what we paid is 100% worth it and I would highly recommend this company and Felicia to anyone who is thinking about a serious behavior modification program.

I HAD a dog that was reactive and had the potential for becoming very dangerous. Since my dog was so reactive, I dreaded having friends or family over, and children were definitely not allowed in the house. I was frustrated and needed help. I contacted K9 Concepts and was connected with Kara. I now have a brand new dog. There are many people who can attest to the drastic change in my dog, Rezzie, after "graduating" training with Kara. We now have a dog that works around us vs having our life revolve around her unpredictable behavior. I am completely confident in my ability to now control my dog's behavior and create a safe space for her and guests. Kara is knowledgable, efficient, and experienced. She is a fantastic dog trainer. I can't say enough great things about QK9C!! Alessia did the puppy board and train with Megan and my pup is a totally different dog! Megan cares a lot about the dogs and also the handlers and even explained the steps to effective leadership and being the pack leader! Alessia is a Cane Corso (Italian Mastiff) so it was imperative to get her on the right track with the basics. She was very responsive to any questions I had and I will recommend her and QK9C to anyone that needs a hand in training!
