Posting this review for my mom, who has been blocked from leaving a google review by this business: Without going into all the details, because my 1st attempt of this review didn’t post, don’t make the mistakes we did by trusting their group play program. Ask questions first. My dog was severely “hurt” 5 min after we dropped him off & allowed in group play area. NO one noticed or called for 8 hours. They called that night and told me he was lethargic,limping,& had white gums. Upon arrival, they had found wounds consistent with an attack or disagreement as they want to call it. I asked to see footage and they refused. But, they want me to believe he played all day with a hole in his neck and behind his ear, several other wounds on his back/hind legs, and other minor injuries we are finding scabbed over still. I’m not saying they don’t care about animals. I was under the impression monitored group play was actually monitored by more than a camera sitting on their desk inside. I hope this review can prevent other families and fur babies from being in this situation.
