I can’t even start telling how miserable and scared I was when I adopted Tessa (my fur grand dog). Tessa didn’t like the newborn baby so I decided to adopt her. I already have my dog Link. They hated each other! Link was very protective over me and his house. Tessa didn’t wanted Link around. Tessa vandalized my house while I wasn’t there one day. She gets her anxiety and she tears up whatever in her way. I separated the dogs for over 2 months and it was very hard to manage with my full time job and two strong dogs. I was in complete desperation. Especially after the trainer we hired failed to help. I heard about Jeff and I followed him on facebook. We talked and he met the dogs. Tessa went one week earlier than Link. Then Link was there for two weeks. Jeff was very informative and kept me updated on regular daily basis. Sent me pics/videos and answered my questions. Never seemed to be bothered. He wanted to get the dogs where they needed to be. Jeff brought them back yesterday. He taught me everything and answered all my questions. He spent big part of the day to make sure I’m comfortable and at ease. Tessa and Link are BEST friends now. Only TWO weeks and it was like a miracle. I took Tessa and Link yesterday after Jeff left to the park. I was SO impressed. I highly recommend him. Don’t sit there and suffer and don’t wait. Call him. I have nothing but great things to say about RidgesideK9 Nashville. Judy was my first point of contact when inquiring about different training programs for our nearly 3 year old mini goldendoodle. She answered all questions and was so friendly and prompt with email, text, and phone correspondence. We ended up putting our pup in their two week Board and Train program. Jeff was amazing with our dog and always sent updates. We went from incessant barking, leash pulling, jumping on us, etc dog to a dog to now respects boundaries and instruction. I’m grateful for the hard work Jeff put in with his training and the thoroughness of going through everything we should continue to work on with our dog now that he is back in our care. I can’t say enough great things about Ridgeside K9 Nashville! We brought our 11-month-old high-drive working line German Shepherd to them — and to and I’m sure he was definitely a challenge. From the start, Jeff showed an incredible amount of patience and understanding with what we were hoping he could help with. Our dog is one who leads with his teeth and can be a lot to handle, but Jeff never wavered. He put in the time, consistency, and expertise to lay a solid foundation for our dog’s training and development. You can tell how much care and professionalism went into every step of the process. I especially appreciated the nightly, honest and straightforward updates.
