Though we can’t make official results guarantees (because we’re not allowed!), we only choose to work with the most dedicated and diligent owners so, in our experience, no matter how severe the issues, we consistently see breakthrough results and amazing transformations. First, we don’t fat shame humans or dogs, but it’s okay to be worried about your dog’s health and this is a big concern for many people. When clicker training, it is best to use tiny pieces of food and subtract these calories from your dog’s daily food ration. Clicker training is also good exercise and highly stimulating. Dogs work when they clicker train! You may also substitute a training session for one of your dog’s regular mealtimes.

I have tried other trainers before and didn’t get the results I desired – what makes your program and approach different and more effective?
We are often the last stop after clients have been through multiple trainers. Unlike other training approaches that only focus on developing rehearsed behaviors, bribing with treats, or merely managing/bandaid-ing the problem, we have developed a unique approach that fundamentally changes the dog’s state of mind. Once we address the dog’s state of mind, the sky’s the limit for what we can create. By cultivating new habits, teaching the dog to make better choices, training calmness instead of excitability, and employing our unique duration work, we are consistently successful with dogs that others are unable to help. This will be the last dog training you will ever need.

My dog is really aggressive. Do you work with aggressive dogs?
Yes. We work with aggressive dogs. Aggressive dogs will be trained using the same unique and progressive methods used on all dogs but will only be trained at our board and train facility. We have found that aggressive dogs take a little longer to work with. I will determine the length of training during our initial consultation.

If you want a well-behaved dog, you have to teach it how to behave. It's often advised to train the dog frequently, for example to have three short training sessions a day. On the other hand, if you go to training classes, they are usually once a week (though of course you can practise at home).

We stumbled upon them in desperate need of obedience and neutrality training for our 1yr-old bloodhound. We worked most closely with Kassandra and she is super knowledgeable on the breed. Our pup went in for the 3 week board and train. He came back the best version of himself. We never could’ve imagined taking him in public or on a peaceful walk before his training. We decided we needed help with our 6 month old puppy. She came to us without any training and we needed help. We opted for the three week board and train program. Jeremy did an awesome job and we now have a changed puppy. We still have work to do here at home, but we now have a great start with expert advice and tools to use.

I dropped my dog off for a 4 week board and train and it was the best decision ever! Arlo used to pull on a leash, bark at other dogs, and sometimes would ignore my commands because he was so focused on certain distractions. Now, he is able to be neutral around distractions and can walk perfectly on a leash! Arlo is still his goofy self at home but when we’re out he has structure and I don’t have to worry about avoiding all dogs coming towards us.
The staff is so friendly and they kept me updated on his training during the 4 weeks he was gone. On pickup day, we got a detailed presentation about how to keep his training sharp and received tools to help Arlo continue his training at home. Can’t recommend them enough!
