We have a mastiff breed named Appa who had some bad behavior. We were struggling with understanding how his brain worked. I chose Ridgeside K9 because they seemed to deal with big dogs all the time. They handled all of my concerns so well. We enrolled Appa in the board and train and when we got him back all of his bad behaviors were gone. And when we hit hiccups I was able and still am able to contact our trainer Tiffany. Now we are able to bring Appa on vacation, hikes, even to work and he is an angel. Whenever we had to board Appa after his training they always accommodated to his specific needs. I can not recommend it enough. Thank you ridgeside and Tiffany for giving my dog and me the tools so he can live a fulfilled life.

I could not be more happy with my ongoing experience with Ridgeside and my dogs trainer Brandt. When I had my dog assessed by Ridgeside I was expecting to be denied boarding and feared the worst. I feel Brandt not only picked up on that and put me at ease, he saw hope in my dog that I had lost. The weeks of training literally fixed everything and my turnover class gave me a lot of answers. I got to practice greetings and walking my dog with Brandt and his confidence and pointers are things I still repeat to myself now on our daily walks.
Ridgeside has now taken the place of my family for boarding. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dog.

Amazing. I have a 2 year old pit-lab-boxer mix who is a very excited puppy. I did basic training on my
own best I could but he still pulled on leash like crazy and had bad manners with people and other dogs. He was getting big and I know his breed can be intimidating so I wanted to do all I can to have a neutral well behaved dog but it’s always scary sending your dog to a “boot camp”. This training facility was amazing as my dog has returned with the same goofy puppy personality but with manners like never before. They also send videos after each session which helped me a lot. I can go out in public and he has a great heel and when around new friends he does not jump at all anymore. I will keep up the training as he is still young but the difference is insane. I’m amazed and happy I sent him here! I thank Amore for doing this great of a job!!

Brandt is really remarkable. We thought we were going to have to put down our family dog after he bit a solicitor and nipped my daughter. With Brandt working with him for a month and then working with us several times, the dog has completely transformed. From not being able to be walked on a leash because he was so aggressive to being able to happily run 5 miles leashed and stay in place when asked, he is a new dog. Though we could do better keeping up the training, we know what to do if his behavior ever gets really bad. We are so happy with our investment and deeply grateful to Brandt.
