The dog training provided by Matt, (the owner), to our 2 yr old Aussie Doodle, Cuervo, & us, was amazing! His depth of knowledge & excellent ability to present that knowledge was truly a great experience. His personable & friendly approach made each training session comfortable & a pleasure to attend. This was our first exposure to formal dog training, even though we have had many previous dogs. It taught us that, as owners, we are probably in just as much need of the understanding & training so as to have a better adjusted pet that is both physically & mentally stable. Matt provided the information, guidance & tools necessary to put us & Cuervo on a path of having a well trained & mentally adjusted happy dog. We highly recommend using Right Way K9 Training & look forward to utilizing his doggie daycare/boarding in the future.

Right Way K8 Training is an excellent place to train your dog and Matt the owner was very enjoyable to work with. With our past puppies, we would go to the group puppy classes at other training businesses...big waste of time & money. We felt like our puppies were never trained well at those and they leaned basic commands you could do at home. Matt at Right Way tailors the training to what you and your puppy/dog needs. He helps you overcome problem areas with your new puppy and teaches you and the puppy the skills to make your puppy a trained and enjoyable member of the family. Matt helps you see the psychology behind the training and how dogs think or why they react. A big accomplishment was helping our puppy become quiet and content to be alone and in his cage. We could finally leave the house without having our insecure puppy barking the entire time we were gone! We did 12 private one-on-one training sessions and I highly recommend him!

Matt has been incredible to work with. He’s been helping us with our dog Duke since he was a puppy, and the progress we’ve seen has been unbelievable. He guided us through everything early on like potty training and crate training, and then helped us build all the way up to advanced obedience like off-leash heel and reliable recall. What really stands out is how well he teaches not just the dog, but us as owners too. You actually understand what you’re doing and why, which makes a huge difference. Every session felt personalized to Duke and what we needed, and you can tell Matt genuinely cares about getting real, lasting results. Duke is living his best life, and it’s made our everyday lives so much easier and more enjoyable. Couldn’t recommend Right Way K9 Training enough. Thank you, Matt!!
