Our experience with Preston at Rock Solid Dog Training, was amazing! I signed my golden retriever puppy up for lessons and after just 5 sessions we were given so many helpful tools and ways to work with our puppy. Working with Preston was a great experience and he is very personable and encouraging. My puppy’s behavior has drastically improved thanks to Preston. SHORT VERSION: Preston was a Godsend in teaching Marley and me how to interact for a better relationship and more well-behaved dog. I couldn't recommend him more highly. THE LONG VERSION As an older dog owner, I was very nervous and fearful about training our two-year-old Springer Spaniel, Marley. Marley is a reactive dog and Preston spent well over an hour talking to us on the phone to be certain he understood what Marley was going through and that he could help. He accepted the challenge and off we went. We have come so very far in 6 months and will definitely continue. Preston is one of the most patient and kind people I know. His training style is calm and effective, just what this owner needed to succeed. Both Marley and I learned so much and built our already strong relationship. He taught me to take charge and not let Marley call the shots! He provided great reading material that went along with our training. Marley even got a certificate when he completed his first set of training! Marley has always been a wonderful and loving dog. Now we add obedient and well trained. We have a ways to go...together.
