Runchkin Hill K9 Training and Breeding Facility

My breeder, Robin Desmond of Runchkin Hill Farm and Kennel, sold me the most amazing Belgian Malinois pup! He is now 7 months with an amazing temperament, only Robin's dog has these temperaments, you won't find that anywhere else! My dog, Romeo, is the smartest and was so easy to train! He is great with children as well. We have recently started PSA with her club and he took to it naturally! He has also taken to Doc Diving like a fish to water! Skies the limit! He can do anything! It's Honestly all about the genetics and he has them... If you are looking for a Mal, German shepherd or Dutch shepherd look no further. You won't find better dogs anywhere else! The best part is that she is there for you throughout the whole process. She is an amazing dog trainer and is always there when I need her help! She is a Rockstar of the dog world! She tells it like it is and trains the humans as well as the dogs, which I totally love about her! Update on our girl. She's just clipped 11 months old. She goes everywhere with us. Everyone is regularly stunned at how young and well behaved she is, while still being a "baby." Her recall is amazing before & after wok sessions and just being off leash. Great temperament. Strangers call her the sweetest girl and she is. She loves the ocean and the pool and has no issues with any dog she meets. Really the only question is how long can we hold out before getting another. It's ridiculous how quickly we've become "the dog people" everyone knows. Thank you again Robin and team for building the foundation for Nala. We can't imagine our lives without her in it. Runchkin Hill and Robin came recommended to us via a coworker who has German Shepherds. We reached out to Robin in search of a Belgian Malinois. There was one arriving at the first part of September 2023, from Pinky and Kato, per Robins texts. The litter arrived and we began receiving pictures and videos. We visited a couple times at around week 6 I think. On visit one we met some of our sweet Nala's cousins (Mel) and Uncle (Sig) and Aunts (Hunter?). Then on our visit to pick Nala up we met her Grandmother (Izzy), who started it all! Sweet sweet girl. The point is, we met multiple generations and saw the work, love and care these animals receive, in addition to living and being raised in a beautiful setting on the farm. It reinforced our confidence in our choice of breeder and breed of dog. Nala is enrolled in puppy preschool (overnight) and is almost complete. In her litter of 10, I think regularly she's hanging out with at least 2 siblings, which is great. I meet with her trainer Timmy on Mondays and Fridays for drop off and pickup and we review our weekend with Nala, what's ahead this week and then we review Nala and my training. We're able to reinforce what and how she was worked when we take her and then ultimately to be able to keep working with her after she "graduates.". We've loved everything about the experience. Ruff Land crates are available and we bought her "place" there. Runchkin Hill and Robin are the best at what they do. If you want a great German Shepherd or Malinois for your family, look no further. We decided to look for a German Shepherd puppy a few months after we had to put down our beloved Anatolian of 12-1/2 years. After researching the top breeders in Massachusetts we see decided to pursue a puppy from Runchkin Hill. We finally brought home our Roxy of Runchkin when she was 8wks old. First, I want to say that she is no doubt the most intelligent of the 5 dogs we have had, she has picked up more than a dozen commands after her first month so far and we are working on more. Her temperament has been great. She has met many of our neighbors and several dogs in the neighborhood including her new BFF (a field lab named Sage) - she has handled the 4th fireworks, visiting family for a week, grandchildren (1 & 3) with and all the bedlam they brought including their cat remarkably well. Everyone who has met her has remarked at how beautiful and how calm and well behaved she is. We thank Robin for breeding a real gem.
