Sally Said So Professional Dog Training

I am super grateful for the trainer and her ability to help teach me how to be a good leader with my dog. In our individual sessions we did things I didn’t think was possible like going into the store and being around a lot of people. We also went to the park with people running, biking and plenty of other dogs. It is been a great joy and I could tell immediate difference. What I really like about this training program is that it gave me the tools to do more with my dog like revisiting the basics of training or adding new commands.

Natalie (and the whole Sally Said So team) was great! Natalie helped us learn how to work with our 6 year old shepherd/lab/husky/terrier mix on his separation anxiety, and now we can leave him home alone without fear that he will hurt himself in his kennel. The whole process was a great experience - flexible, customizable and at our home. Natalie specifically was so positive and encouraging when we were feeling like the situation wouldn't get better. She continues to follow up months after we "graduated" and reminds us to keep coming to group classes. Thanks a lot to the Sally Said So team!

I've owned dogs all my life, never quite had a puppy like my Frenchie Tater. I was even thinking of rehoming him when a neighbor suggested Sally Said So. Our trainer Jess has been great. Patient, understanding, knowledgeable. We're still working on Tater. He isn't quite the perfect pup just yet but I'm seeing a ton of difference. It would be happening quicker if I did my homework more often - but that's on me, my work schedule, and patience level.

We gave Sally Said So a call and received a prompt and thorough response. We chose to utilize the "Pre-Purchase and Adoption Consultation" service that they offer. The owner, Shane Gentry, is truly top notch! We setup our virtual zoom call to have him speak with our 3 children and us to discuss our family environment and our desires in a family dog. After a very thorough conversation, he suggested 3 top breeds that seem to fit our "personality". We settled on one breed. Shane worked diligently to help us find a breeder that we were very happy and comfortable with for the breed that we chose. He was extremely patient with my need to "browse" breeders since we had never spoken to breeders before. He also pre-interviewed the breeders before we called them to assure they were a reputable, professional breeder. Even after we met our breeder and selected our puppy, he had yet another conversation with me to discuss any concerns or questions that I had leading up to the final purchase of the puppy. I have never worked with such a reliable company and person who exudes genuine passion for their job and to helping their "customers". Shane has been beyond patient with me as I ask multiple questions in the process. My favorite response that he gave me was " I'm in it to win it!" That gave me the extra confidence knowing that he will make sure we have made the absolute best decision for our family! I can promise you this is the best decision we have ever made to use this pre-purchase service!
