FirstBarkWe adopted Charlie when he was a year old. He lived all of his life inside a shelter with no leash training at all. After only two visits / lessons from Brian, he is a completely different dog. Worth every penny!! 10/10 would recommend.

We teach basic through advanced obedience commands. We specialize in teaching household manners like housebreaking door manners and preventing behavior issues such as: jumping on people, pulling on a leash, stealing food, chewing, nipping, etc. We are also experts in fixing aggression issues of all kinds, including: lunging at people or dogs, guarding food and bones, protecting sleeping areas, difficulty with grooming, etc. With over 25 years experience, we know how to help you and your pet. We offer In-home behavior counseling and daily/board training.

I was having trouble training my puppy to potty. Amber came to my house for 1 session and she was able to train me on the correct process and commands. Once I was consistent with the puppy, she has not had an accident. It really took only 2 days once i wss consisyent. She also helped my with a few other issues. Highly recommend.

Karen trained my dog several years ago and fixed his aggressive state to other dogs. Now, I have a 1.5 year old English Bulldog that needed some one on one help with her attitude and thinking she runs our other dogs and our whole household. Karen sent one of her amazing trainers Amber to our home and she has been great! She is showing us just what to do to take care of Oakley’s aggressiveness and her need to be dominate. Amber has been very thorough with her instructions and examples and has truly been a life saver in training our pack! Brian changed our golden from an unpredictable mess into a dog who listens and understands the pecking order of the family and other dogs. This was our third golden and we had never had one so CRAZY. With young children it could get scary. But Brian helped turn him into a true family dog. Also, on another note. We thought we would have to do the board and train. Hella expensive but worth it if it was what we needed. Brian came for our initial meeting and realized that wouldn't be the best option for our dog to succeed and had us switch to a less expensive, in-home package. Not only was he right because our dog is thriving but shows that they truly care about the animals and are honest and not worried about making a quick buck at the detriment to the animal. If you need help with your pet I 100% recommend Scooter Dog Training.
