FirstBarkThis is 2nd in home session with Brian. He has such a gift with animals and has been able to teach us (humans) more of what to do. His training with our French and English Bulldog has done wonders. He is warm, friendly, patient and professional. I would highly recommend Brian from Scooter Dog Training for your dogs!

The Scooter Dog Training Academy can help you train your dog to do just about ANYTHING!!!! We can also help you fix any behavior problems you may encounter. We teach basic through advanced obedience commands. We specialize in teaching household manners like housebreaking door manners and preventing behavior issues such as: jumping on people, pulling on a leash, stealing food, chewing, nipping, etc. We are also experts in fixing aggression issues of all kinds, including: lunging at people or dogs, guarding food and bones, protecting sleeping areas, difficulty with grooming, etc. With over 25 years experience, we know how to help you and your pet. We offer In-home behavior counseling and daily/board training.

Amazing experience with Scooter Dog Training. We had the 14 day obedience training with Amber. Our dog completed the training and is doing great. He loved his time with Amber and we loved the constant updates, videos, and pictures. Huge thank you to Amber. Highly recommend to anyone.

It's been amazing watching how quickly she's learned the new behaviors that she's been taught. Having a trainer that has extensive experience and understands how to motivate and teach in a way that is easy for Maggie to grasp has made all the difference. It's brought out the best of her temperament and personality. She's also loved every minute of it. She is a bit of a ham, so she thrives on all of the attention:). My dog became leash reactive after another dog went after him and scared him this past summer. Working with Amber my dog made immediate progress and her methods work well. We came out of our sessions with a foundation upon which we can keep practicing and re-build new behaviors. My dog also had separation anxiety and would bark in his crate. We had one training session and something clicked in Harley’s brain. I tell him it’s cookie time and he runs up stairs and runs into his crate and waits for his cookie. Then he lays down and goes to sleep when I leave. Huge change from before. We look forward to continuing our training with scooter dog training.
Brian was wonderful with our two Rottweilers. They had social anxiety, didn't listen well, and were sometimes aggressive to strangers while walking on leash. Brian helped with all of this - from enjoying our neighborhood walks to being able to clip their nails, Brian can work through any issues. Also, it's obvious he loves animals and the pups adored him!
