Serenity Dog Training

Be very careful doing business with Serenity Dog Training and its owner, Todd. At first, Todd puts on a polished show — coming across as kind, compassionate, and professional during the initial session. But unfortunately, that image quickly fell apart. My boyfriend and I are both full-time active-duty military, and when we had to cancel a session with three days’ notice due to unavoidable scheduling conflicts, Todd reacted in a way that was incredibly unprofessional and shockingly disrespectful. He came to our home to pick up some dog toys he had previously provided (which now feels more like bait to earn trust). Instead of handling things calmly, he pointed his finger at me, said “shame on you,” and made me follow him to his car — in my socks — just to be insulted and disrespected in my own driveway. He also made disparaging comments about both me and my boyfriend, which crossed every line of professionalism and decency. The way his demeanor completely flipped over a minor scheduling change, which we communicated in advance, is a huge red flag. What started as a promising experience turned into an unsettling and hostile interaction. If you value respect and professionalism, I would strongly caution you before working with Todd or Serenity Dog Training.

I would recommend Todd at Serenity Dog Training for first time dog owners or seasoned dog parents. He works with you and your dogs on your level.He wants you to succeed and will give you support and match the whole family needs. Within the first session I saw improvement in my Aussie pup. I had never used a dog trainer before and am so happy I am . I have learned a lot and will be continuing with Todd. Thank you for everything you do.
