Trainers can be judgmental to pet owners who are just hoping to teach their dog obedience. Had instructors teaching different things (we’ve had two different class sessions). Today was our last day and I could not even sit through ten minutes. I was clearly struggling and took my dog outside twice (she was barking during class) to try to calm my dog and myself down. When I went in again, Stella (almost 5 mo old chocolate American lab puppy) continued to to bark. The trainer looked at my dogs harness and rudely stated in class, in front of all others, what she thinks of harnesses. Clearly against them. Judging me for having it on my dog because it was “not working” as she was “still pulling”. I had her using the nose pinching leashes before, per different instructors recommendation and this helped with the pulling. But in a prior class, this instructor was clear to state her dislike for nose pinching leashes. I left in tears ten minutes into class. I will not be coming here again. Will not be recommending anyone to come here.
