Silverbrook Kennels

Will not be taking my dog here again. My dog is a super energetic dog who loses her mind when I get home but when I picked her up today she acted like she’s never seen me before. She acted scared and didn’t seem happy at all. When I got home I noticed they didn’t give her her supplements I told them to give her, and she had a lot of food left over that she shouldn’t have had left. They also gave her a bath which I told them not to because she had sensitive skin. I told them to keep her on her harness because a leash chokes her and they never used the harness and she’s now unable to make noise rn. Don’t bring your dog here they don’t listen to anything you tell them to do.

First time boarding my dog anywhere, my vet recommended this place. Very easy to get a reservation, and when I boarded my fur baby they were very nice! the day we flew back into town they stayed 20 mins late for us to pick up our dog b.c traffic was so bad. They treated my baby well and even when he saw us he still said goodbye to the guy who brought him out, it was obvious my dog liked him and had been treated well! Will board here again if/when I need to again!

I have two Yorkies that are extremely picky about being around people they do not know. To my surprise, I found Silverbrook Kennels to be an amazing place for my dogs. They cared for my dogs as if they were their own and they loved it there. Silverbrook Kennels is the kind of place that will put you at ease when you have to be away from your pets. The staff was very cariing and you could tell they are doing what they love. I even met the manager Raymond and he was friendly and answered all my questions before leaving my dog. I would recommend this kennel to anyone that wants their pets to be loved and well cared for while they are away.
