I've been taking my malinois there for a few years and they have always been great accomodating her anxiety. I would email Raymond and explain all of your pups needs and I am pretty sure he would be able to accommodate.

I have taken my lab there for several years, he is going to be 12. I have never had any issues, but please give them a call and I am sure they can answer any questions and alleviate any concerns you may have.

This is definitely the worst experience in a Kennel I have ever had.
I picked up my one year old labrador at 1820, Sunday 30th.
I was first really surprised to see that they charged 15 more dollars because we picked her up after 2pm, something that no one told me when we dropped her 2 days before.
Secondary and I wonder why, i gave them the exact amount of food that she usually eats and they gave us back half of what we dropped. We gave directions for feeding her, directions that they clearly didn't follow because our dog was starving.
Finally and more importantly I have never seen my dog so thirsty, she was clearly suffering in the car when I was driving home and she then drank more than one liter of water straight. I really wonder if they gave her water because I have never seen her like this.
I was really disappointed and angry of the service they gave our dog this week end, well below what I expected.
I gave silverbrook kennels a chance to explain themselves because I send them an email the day after but they never answered.
This is a bad place with dishonest people.
