I took my terrier mutt mix to Sit Means Sit in Northfield when he was 5 months. We did an all day drop off and 2 1 hours sessions over the next 2 weeks. My puppy did so well in class and was so much calmer. Alexa was very good with him and patient but stern enough that he learned what was expected. I am very happy I decided to take my puppy here. It is not a punishment type training but a focus type training. I am looking forward to the group sessions that start this week for him.

I highly recommend Sit Means Sit. Alexa was our trainer & she was very knowledgable. She was great with my Belgian Malinois, Louis. He loved training with her & he learned a lot. Phenomenal experience! Someone asked me if it was worth the investment and I said I would’ve paid double! We have One-year-old German Shepherd, who is a different dog. Same personality that we loved but disciplined and calm. We literally open the back door and he goes potty and comes right back. He used to tackle us when we were trying to open the door. It’s amazing. I literally could go on and on!
Douglas is one of the trainers. He was awesome and spent so much time with us.. Never made us feel rushed. Answer all of our questions and then some. It is worth every dime!!!!

We could not be happier with the results with the training our young Irish Setter has received from Sit Means Sit Dog Training. She is a completely different dog than she was before training. Everyone at Sit Means Sit has been wonderful with my dog Mac. Mac has a lot of anxiety and the team in Northfield have really given him a solid foundation of skills that we can use to help him relax and be on his best behavior. The one-on-one classes have been great and we are looking forward to attending the group classes in the near future.
