We truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Sit Means Sit and their entire team! From the very beginning, they have gone above and beyond—not just for our dog, but for our entire family. We have a 1½-year-old male German Shepherd, and while he is truly the best boy in the world, we quickly realized that we hadn’t prepared ourselves for the amount of structure, consistency, and training a working breed needs. We were struggling to give him the tools he needed to thrive, so we decided to enlist Sit Means Sit for help, and it has been one of the best decisions we could have made. We are only **three classes in**, and the difference is already incredible! We went from not even feeling comfortable letting him into our fenced yard without a leash to having amazing recall and significantly better obedience. More importantly, we are learning how to communicate with him and give him the structure he needs to be successful. My parents are actually the ones who encouraged us to give Sit Means Sit a try, as they are also training their two Golden Retriever puppies with the team. Their experience has been just as incredible. A few months ago, my mom suffered a heart attack, and the Sit Means Sit team showed our family an unbelievable amount of kindness, compassion, and support during such a difficult time. When we got Jeb, we found out quickly that he an exceptionally high energy dog. We really had a hard time getting him to focus on commands. Being a German Shorthair Pointer, all he wanted to do is hunt.
