Yes, they do. Once you complete the basics you go to group class so your dog so do speak gets used to different experiences, people, other dogs, and still have a successful life around every day life situations. It is amazing, and it's right on where your dog's needs are worked on (not individually necessarily) along with the others in the class. You can ask questions and review the videos on your individual dog train. It's really good!

How do you train a dog not to be aggressive to other dogs
Yes, my dog was very reactive to people and dogs. He still is to some degree but SMS has helped a GREAT deal and given excellent insight on how do deal in different situations. Keep in mind that this is continuous process; does not get resolved overnight. They worked on other issues as well at the same time. I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend SMS! We had tremendous success in a short period of time however you and you dog must continually work on what is taught.

Alex was amazing with Zoe. She adored him and therefore learned, I think, even better! It was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone needing some extra help with their fur baby!
My puppy loved day camp with sit means sit! I received a very thorough and informative report card from his day with so many awesome pictures. He clearly had the best time there with the staff and great exposure to learning how to play with other dogs! I look forward to bringing him back again.

I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. From the initial consult to the graduation the whole team was so kind and welcoming. They answered all of our questions without rushing us and took great care of our boy. It’s been a huge relief having the tools to continue working with him outside of class and seeing them work in real time. All of our friends and family tell us they see a night and day difference in our 1 year old pup now that he’s been through this program. Many of our friends with dogs are asking who we use so we’re of course recommending Sit Means Sit. I was worried he’d be too nervous to leave with the staff or that he’d lose his fun and playful personality but this has done nothing but enhance his personality. He has a job to do now and he knows exactly what our expectations are. There’s no guessing on his end and he seems much more peaceful and confident especially out in public. The e collars they use are also super helpful. They don’t hurt (we tried all of the settings on mode 1 personally to make sure we weren't harming him) and are just enough to get his attention physically when audible instruction isn’t registering due to distraction. I know everyone has opinions on this method but it doesn’t bother him at all and is reassuring that I can get through to him even if he’s distracted by other dogs or people.
I am very happy with the results we achieved. Cole is a great trainer with an obvious love of dogs. What I really like is that we can continue to bring Gracie to class for a year following the completion of the initial class. The results we saw are well worth the cost. Everyone was friendly, professional and inviting. I will definitely take our next puppy to Sit Means Sit.
