Yes, they do. Once you complete the basics you go to group class so your dog so do speak gets used to different experiences, people, other dogs, and still have a successful life around every day life situations. It is amazing, and it's right on where your dog's needs are worked on (not individually necessarily) along with the others in the class. You can ask questions and review the videos on your individual dog train. It's really good!
How do you train a dog not to be aggressive to other dogs
Yes, my dog was very reactive to people and dogs. He still is to some degree but SMS has helped a GREAT deal and given excellent insight on how do deal in different situations. Keep in mind that this is continuous process; does not get resolved overnight. They worked on other issues as well at the same time. I would highly recommend them.

Really had an overall nice experience with SMS. From being able to drop my dog off at 7 in the morning before heading to work to picking him up by 6 in the afternoon. Really enjoyed having Rosemary as a trainer. She took care of Oreo for me and was a good trainer. She showed us what Oreo worked on while there and also how to practice at home with him. I would recommend Rosemary as trainer, she did an excellent job explaining all techniques.

Trained two of my dogs here and saw immediete results. The trainors give you in depth updates and lessons and you have to do your homework. If you put ANY effort into this you get even better results. Not to mention the daycare and enhancment offerings.

This is our second time working with SMS. This time it was with a puppy. We wanted to practice good habits from the start. Their structure had changed from when we first worked with them (board and train previously — this time, one time per week for 5 consecutive weeks). The longer commitment was a challenge, but as before very much worth the effort. Each week we noticed progress. The program does require owners to put in the effort, but that’s just part of being a pet owner, right?! IMO the price is high to pay upfront and out of pocket. But they stand by their guarantees and seems to me worth every penny. We worked primarily with Em as the trainer and she was great to work with. She was extremely patient with us as we asked many, many questions each session. Loved the “graduation” at the end of the program.
