In our private training programs you will work side by side with our trainers on a weekly basis to teach and constantly improve the obedience and dog-to-handler relationship. After we take the time to guide and teach individual commands we will go on to build more positive habits and condition specific responses from your dog. Private training requires the handler to work diligently on training in-between sessions. This option will also include group training classes.

Don’t want to leave your pup with us overnight but still want the benefits of professional training? Our Day Train program might be a perfect fit! Day Train consists of 3 weekly training sessions. Your dog gets dropped off in the morning and picked up in the evening after their training session. After each session you will meet with a trainer and go over what was covered that day. Our trainer will assign homework and tell you what needs to be practiced before their next session. Once your pup has completed Day Train, they can participate in our Group Classes!

First a Big shout out to the trainers Liz!!!, Ava, Zach and Gianna!!! When I signed up my 6 year old Brittany, Jackson, for Sit Means Sit Dog Training (King of Prussia), I was extremely nervous. I read the reviews and was concerned about the training methods and also the financial commitment and the outcomes especially since I have a dog with resource aggression and stranger aggression. Even after the initial consultation, I wasn't convinced this was the best for Jackson but had tried and invested in so many other behavioral training classes that I was desperate.
I cannot say enough about the quality of the staff, the care and attention to Jackson's specific behaviors and the progress I began to witness at just a few weeks into his classes. I signed about for the 8-week intense training- which was 1 week a day for 8 weeks in which they also trained the owner for an hour how to train your dog at home and worked through any issues you were having at home while trying to work on the behaviors. When I get nervous about Jackson's reaction to other dogs or people- the trainers calmly teach me how to keep Jackson focused on me and not his surroundings. It is amazing. They were upfront on training- this is a long investment and not a quick fix but the more we practice modeling better focus and attention the better Jackson gets each day- I saw huge improvements in him and he is so manageable now- crate trained, walks without pulling, focused on walks, and after the 8 weeks we immediately got an email for our group lessons which we attend often. It is an investment- well worth it- and not a quick fix.
