Let's set the record straight: Our records show that during your consultation, our evaluator clearly explained all policies, including the contract cancellation fee, which is also outlined in the signed agreement provided to you post-meeting. A full refund, minus the 5% processing fee per policy, was issued promptly. Our team made 10 attempts to contact you in hopes of discussing the situation so we could address your concerns. Unfortunately, these calls went unanswered, until our final call, which ended abruptly. While we strive to offer flexibility and open communication, it’s disappointing when those efforts are met with uncooperative and disrespectful behavior.
