From hopeless to empowered! Our 18month old, foster fail, trustless Boxer, Tyson was transformed... but bigger than him, WE WERE TRANSFORMED!!! We had no idea how a snuggly ball of already house broken love was so unpredictable and reactive. In just three short sessions, we realized he had zero trust and was in dramatic need of structure beyond anything we knew how to do. And it didn’t stop there... group classes for life. We are not routine enough to make them as often as we prefer and I would say that is a big fail of us, but just like we have to reset with him sometimes, we reset ourselves when we can and absolutely when we need to. Their follow up and follow through is bar none and their compassion for dogs and their owners is beyond that! We will engage and enroll all of our dogs in their training going forward even though the tools they gave us and the knowledge would feel enough to handle even the toughest, most stubborn, most challenging of pups! Recommend 10/10!! 🐾💙

I’d be hesitant to let them transport my dog, I pulled up to a gas station today, the vehicle was parked right in the sun, I could hear dogs whining and whimpering inside, it was already hot out. I walked in, the man in the SMS uniform was in a spot where he was unable to see the unattended vehicle (plus the doors are wrapped so you can’t see out or in) and he was holding snacks while chatting it up with another guy, as though he’d been there for a while without a care. I checked out and timed it, because I was about to do something. From the moment I pulled up (no idea how long he was there before hand because the van had been parked since I got there) until I watched him wobble back to the van, it was almost 20 minutes. He also didn’t attempt to check on the well being of the dogs once he got in either. Even if he wants to claim the vehicle was running, leaving a vehicle unattended and running for over 5 minutes is against the law in AZ. Not to mention the fact no windows were down and he didn’t even attempt to periodically check on their well being or see if the vehicle was still out there. Someone who is more concerned with snacks, gossip and how close they park (I guess who cares if they are right in the sun, so long as it’s a shorter walk for him, right?) as opposed to the well being of the animals entrusted to them as well as AZ state laws surrounding unattended vehicles and pets being left in a vehicle, probably shouldn’t be working with and or transporting them. Just my two cents. I’d just make sure to do my research and ask about what safety measures or rules they have if any they have regarding transportation of animals.
