About Sit n' Stay Dog Training
Sit n' Stay Pet Services was established in 2002 to provide services to pet loving homes in the Western New York area. Our service area is throughout most of Erie County. At our training location at 2881 Southwestern Blvd in Orchard Park, we hold Dog Day School, Training Classes, Private Lessons, Workshops, Pet First Aid Classes, Dog Bite Prevention, Seminars and Educational Events. Our mobile staff provides Dog Walking, Pet Sitting, and In Home Private Training Lessons. We also offer Dog Training classes at the SPCA Serving Erie County. All our staff are legal employees of our company, which means less liability for our clients. Our staff are all insured, bonded and trained, and customer service and pampering your pets is our top priority!

My husband and I paid $750 up front as requested for 3 training sessions. They were booking out a few weeks. In those weeks, we started working with our dog at home intensely - when we started seeing progress, we tried to cancel the classes since they hadn't done any for us yet. They will not refund our money after providing no services for us!!! NO WHERE does it say "no refunds" or anything along those lines. They've given us the run around for weeks now, saying they'll pass it on to the CEO as they're the only one who can process refunds - we've heard nothing. Again, no service provided and kept our money (and $750 is not a small amount!). UPDATE: The owner said she was sending us a refund check after a ton of back and forth and her giving us a hard time. That was over a week and a half ago, still no check!!!

My wife and I have used sit n stay on two separate occasions for our rescue pup we brought into our family last July. Once for in home/private lessons and once for group classes. In both instances, our sit n stay trainers were GREAT. As first time dog parents, they gave us all the tools we needed to be successful with our pup and the confidence that with time and effort, we could work with her to make in home and real world situations more comfortable for all parties!
The staff really care about the dogs. You can see the passion they have for training based on positive reinforcement methods.

When I first started taking my Golden Retrieve pup another owner told me the program was life changing for their dog and family. I have to agree Jack is 7 months old and knows his commands, responds to come and is the happiest puppy. The investment in training will help me as I age knowing Jack is trained and will be my life time companion. Thank you so much for a great staff. Thank you Sit n" Stay for helping Jack become a Good Citizen. I highly recommend their training programs.
