Yes, we train service dogs. Our specific areas of focus are helping with mobility issues and emotional support dogs.
There is quite a bit involved when it comes to service dog training, so we ask that you contact us for a consultation. Your dog may not be eligible based on breed or age, but we can help point you in the right direction.
Service dog training can be quite expensive depending on the tasks needing to be performed, but we can answer any questions you have. Feel free to give us a call!

I have had other dogs, but have never seeked out or invested in professional training. I can 100% say having our pup, Cookie, undergo school with sit now stay is the best choice we have made for her & for our family. The experience and their thorough process/care/support through out it all has been top notch. We have had Katie and she is truly phenomenal at what she does. She has helped guide us along the way to help teach us & teach our Cookie to learn positive behaviors. Cookie has come so far since starting and it’s reassured us that training here is SO worth it! Great place & great staff!

Sara is fantastic! We are only 2 trainings in and she’s done more with my dogs reactivity than any other trainer. Highly recommend her if you have a dog reactive dog.

This is the best experience a dog can have in Kansas City- hands down. They give you report cards on your dog’s stay, and are so responsive via text or phone if you have any worry about your pup. I’ll take this staff over any pop up/chain “doggy daycare”. This is a place that actually cares about the development of your dog and you can absolutely tell. Every time I pull into the parking lot my dog goes crazy wanting to go inside and see his friends.
We’ve trusted Sit Now Stay since he was a puppy (they’re fantastic), so we don’t take trying a new place lightly—but they have exceeded expectations more than I could have imagined. The staff and ownership are incredible—super knowledgeable, welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about every dog there.
We feel completely comfortable knowing our dog is in great hands.. whether it’s a week out of town, or for the day at Muscle Mutts (agility day care); It’s awesome having people like this in the KC area you can truly trust with your dog. Highly recommend!!
