Smart Start Puppies - Dog Training

We did the 2 week board and train program for our 5 month old American bully puppy. It was a great experience and we are very pleased with the results. Our dog is more mature and listening to commands well. Tony and Julie are both a pleasure to work with and we look forward to continuing to work with them on all things related to our dogs behavior! Thank you so much, you have made owning our dog so much more enjoyable!!

To the whole team at Smart Start Puppies......we want to THANK YOU for your help in turning our dog Coco into a registered service animal! Everyone on this team at Smart Start Puppies needs to be praised especially Tony, he was our main head trainer and coordinator. We also had Chris assist in a few classes and it was great to be able to see how Coco responded to both trainers. Coco was hyper, a leash puller, jumper and an all around unruly family dog. Our daughter had a car accident and we decided to have Coco assist with mobility after her health care advisor suggested we try and have a dog to assist her in different mobility measures. Tony came up with a treatment plan for our family, and our dog, and we went to work. Coco did fantastic, we were the ones that needed the training...lol Tony was patient and directed us every step of the way. We provided Smart Start Puppies with a letter from our dogs physician and they did the rest. You guys made us all feel comfortable, at ease and helped us see light at the end of the tunnel! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE WITH OUR COCO!!!!!

In response to owners reply: That was never disclosed and I was told the doctor was your in house doctor. Tony literally told me multiple times the doctor was going to give me a letter. In any case you took my money for 10 classes with service dog training and I never received 10 classes nor service dog paperwork. Why have I not received the refunded difference for the services I’ve actually received? Tony agreed to this, I have text thread and still have yet to hear anything back. I originally bought the service dog package, was told there would be 10 training classes, an onsite therapist who would help with the service dog letter and airport training. I received 4 trainings, some at home and some at the airport, was told I had to pay for the therapist visit separately and they were not actually affiliated. I spoke to Tony the owner who initially said he would refund the difference, called and texted him after multiple attempts and have been ignored. Submitted a complaint through BBB and still have not received anything. Highly frustrating and disappointing- this business is a scam.
