Smylish Dogs

Yana helped us when we brought home our 8 week old golden retriever. She was not only patient, loving and informative…. She truly took the time to love and care for our dog moose and taught my boyfriend and I more than we could have asked for as first time dog parents. She is wonderful, kind and such a sweet human. It’s no wonder she is so good with animals. We can’t thank Yana enough and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the area!!!!

I can't recommend Yana highly enough. We were getting overwhelmed because our dog has a very powerful lunge and is reactive toward other dogs on the leash - Yana was able to was quickly get to the root of why our dog was acting the way she was, and give my partner and I the tools to maintain communication and control with our dog while we walk. She gave corrections to both our dog and to us in how we were walking her. It's incredible: Three days ago, our dog would go wild barking and lunging even glimpsing another dog across the street. Today, she calmly passed two yappy little Yorkies on the sidewalk with only a little verbal correction. Walks have been so much less stressful for both us and our dog! I also really appreciated that Yana gave us skills to work on and goals to work towards. She's amazing at what she does, definitely get in touch with her if you are in need of help with your dog!

Yana has been incredibly helpful in getting our 8 week old puppy and our whole family off on the right foot. We were able to get our puppy to sleep through the night without barking or whining within two days. Daisy the puppy listens to and follows the sit command as well as commands to “wait”. Impulse control has improved greatly with just three sessions with Yana. Yana has eased our new puppy anxieties with insightful information and ideas for how to properly train and care for the needs of our little pup. We are so appreciative of Yana’s help and will continue to work with Smylish Dogs as we prepare our puppy for each new milestone. I highly recommend Smylish Dogs. Thank you!
