FirstBarkKaren is a wonderful dog trainer! Her knowledge of dog psychology has been very helpful with our rescue dog. I love that there is only positive reinforcement. We have had two sessions with her and I can see the improvement in my dogs. They are no longer pulling while on lead and less reactive towards triggers. Please reach out to Karen if you need help. I highly recommend Karen with Good Dog Concept Training! Karen helped us to not only teach our puppy to understand and follow commands, she also helped US to understand the needs of our puppy. She helped us to recognize when he needs sleep vs when he needs to get outside and run off some energy. She taught us how to bring him to a state of calmness after a high energy playtime or social engagement. Karen’s methods will help you bond with your dog, deter unwanted behaviors, and bring more peace and harmony to your home.

Karen is very knowledgeable, creative, and organized making sure the time we had with her was optimally used. Any questions we had throughout, she was quick to respond. Her additional resources were extremely beneficial to continue our training outside of sessions. Truly don’t think we would have had as good of an understanding or overall successful outcomes if we didn’t work with Karen!
