The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful beyond description . They went the extra mile with Facebook updates on the dogs and text communication with the owners if you had any questions.

I am not one to leave a negative review but I the longer I sit on it the more I feel I got hoodwinked I took my dog in she is a huge spaz and very stubborn while I did get some updates it wasn't until couple days till picked her up that they wanted extra days to finish her training but i would have to pay for the additional days I did the 3 week program and based on the reviews I expected a complete 180 and while at first glance she showed some signs of change it wasn't anything worth 3 weeks of training the first red flag after leaving that I got hoodwinked was they never followed up with me or did the zoom meeting like they promised I think they knew that the training they did was sub par also this is not a diss on the trainor I just think my dog was probably a job for a more advanced trainor also another red flag was they post videos of dogs doing certain trainings but I never did get one of my dog that should of hinted on how training was going any ways it is what it is at the point I just want people to know my experience
The staff here love the dogs they work with and it shows. Every time our lab Hero goes for boarding or training he is so excited to see Ashley and Hunter. Can you give a better review than a dog being excited to see his trainers?
The 2 people we were in contact with were very nice. My female dog (that doesn't like guys) went over to the young man showing us around on her own. (This doesn't happen, EVER) The kennels were very clean and all of the dogs seamed super happy.
