FirstBarkWe took our pup to Spot On when she was approximately 6 months old. The training was fantastic and they took the time to make sure we could continue at home to reinforce as well as train us. At 3 years old she continues to listen, is well mannered and we continue to receive compliments on her behavior. I will continue to recommend Spot On to those looking to have their pups trained.

Does this training service use ecollars or prong collars?
Hi Jim we use multiple tools in training including toys and treats along with gentle methods utilizing the ecollar but on very low levels that do not hurt the dog and is not used to punish the dog at all. Everything is done through motivation so the behaviors are natural and offered.

I just picked my dog up from a one week board and train. I wasn’t sure how it was going to go because my dog is barrier aggressive but they handled him and got him comfortable. At pick up they work with you and your dog to help you get comfortable with the process of continuing training when you leave. And they also offer extra training after your initial week of training at no extra cost if you run into any trouble while at home. I’ve only had him back one day so far and he is doing better than he was before I dropped him off. He is listening better for a 5 year old dog that never listened to anything before. I wish I would have taken him sooner than what I did. The staff was great and sent me pictures and videos every day of his training. I recommend this place especially if you have a fearful/reactive pup.
Super happy with the experience. We sent our dog Sally to Spot On for the board and train Boot camp, and she came back understanding the basic commands. The staff were all extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The daily updates and pictures kept us informed and they even gave her a bath on pick up day! I would recommend 100%.
I just want to say what a great job Spot-On Training did with our 5 month old puppy and with teaching us! They were extremely patient with us and we didn’t feel rushed or hurried. They are well educated and very thorough. Our experience with Spot-On has been excellent. I highly recommend Spot-On Training. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I decided to go with Spot On! for our 10 month old Lab, Jax. Doing our best with training at home, we knew we needed the extra help. Mike came out for the consultation and showed us within 5 mins on how they work with your pup. We were impressed and decided to go ahead. Dropped Jax off for the week training, and upon pick, there was a huge improvement. Jax still needs work, but every day so far, he is showing his best in obedience. Highly recommend for anyone look for some extra help with their dogs.
