As a student dog trainer at CATCH, I had the opportunity to observe owner Laura Juliano conduct a basic puppy kindergarten. Laura understands dogs better than anyone I've ever met, and she handled even the rare rough play between two puppies quickly and calmly. I watched her as she taught the owners how to follow basic commands that she had first demonstrated. She treated both the owners and their pups with respect. And everyone learned.
