Sugar Paws Dog Training

Sugar Paws is a P-AWESOME place for puppy training! My puppy Rosie learned SO MUCH in kindergarten!!! The staff understands puppies and has in depth knowledge for class. It's fun how you learn the skill and the puppies get to play! So important as a long time educator that they emphasize play! :) I love the detailed homework from each class that they send to you. It's very helpful to learn the material at home, after practicing it in class as the class has an exciting energy with all of the puppies! I thought the homework recap was very thorough and useful! I only adopted older dogs and this is my first puppy so I feel they taught me so much in regards to the right puppy toys, seat belts, and other basic knowledge that you might not be aware of from having adult and senior dogs. I look forward to taking more classes with my puppy Rosie! Highly recommend Sugar Paws!! It is a SWEET experience!!

I’m so grateful for Sugar Paws for providing a safe environment to help me learn and train my first puppy, Luke. Not only did we complete puppy kindergarten and advanced puppy one, but my puppy and I love the socials. It was evident how passionate Laura and her staff are about dogs and positive reinforcement. I truly would be lost without all the information provided in class. Laura also makes herself available via email throughtout if you have any questions. I highly recommend Sugar Paws training classes, whether it’s your first pup or 7th. We will definitely be continuing Luke’s education in the future!

I enrolled my puppy, Milo, in Puppy Kindergarten class not knowing what to expect, and was so impressed that we came back for the Advanced puppy classes. Tara, our trainer, has been with us every step of the way, and I can’t thank her enough for the incredible progress Milo has made. She uses positive reinforcement techniques that not only helped Milo learn essential commands but also strengthened our bond. Tara’s patience, expertise, and genuine love for dogs made all the difference!! It’s amazing to see how far Milo has come, and I truly believe he’s the best version of himself because of Tara’s guidance. Highly recommend this training program!

We absolutely love Sugar Paws! The trainers are so knowledgeable and truly adapt their methods to each dog’s needs and current skill level. We loved this since we didn’t start with an official program until our puppy was about 8/9 months due to not liking/agreeing with other places techniques in our direct area. A friend of ours actually took classes with Sugar Paws and we’re so happy that she recommended them to us! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming which helped to create a comfortable environment. We cannot wait to take more classes with them! Highly recommend!!
