I found Libby and the Superhero team through a google search after adopting our puppy. I needed someone on short notice to do a board and train as we were leaving town the following week, and wanted to make sure we had plenty of support and training after we got home. I had never done a board and train and was nervous initially, but after meeting Libby and team I immediately knew it was the right decision. I don't think I can adequately express how glad I am now that we lucked into finding Superhero and made the choice to work with them. Libby is responsive, communicative, kind, patient, wise, straightforward, calm, knowledgeable and accommodating. When we got back from our trip we were greeted by a very happy, well adjusted pup who was crate trained and less reactive. Libby has since encouraged my kids to be involved with training and incorporated them into some of our sessions. She has been available by text for all of my thoughts, questions and anxieties, and the training sessions have been very containing and helpful. I have total trust and confidence in Libby and her staff, and our puppy feels completely at home with them and is always so happy to see them. I really value the positive reinforcement approach and feel like it's the best fit for our pup's needs as well. I can't wait to be able to bring Obi in for daycare and regular boarding, it will be a dream come true! Thank you, Aunt Libby and team -- you are the best!!

Libby is the best! She truly made me and my pups feel like superheroes. With her guidance, we dramatically improved issues with reactivity, fear responses, and obedience in both of my dogs. Libby always answered questions without judgement and I felt comfortable asking about anything. I now feel like I have the tools to continue building upon and the comfort of knowing I can contact Libby if I need some additional support. Libby has been so amazing and produced great results. She is a great teacher for not only your pet, but for the human as well. She is very patient and has a lot of knowledge to share with you. I chose Libby since she used positive reinforcement and not shock collars or other techniques and it works amazingly. My pup went from pulling me on walks to now healing beside me with a slacked line and not reactive when seeing other dogs or human on walks. As long as you are willing to put in the time and practice you will see huge improvements in your dog. Thank you Libby!!
