Beau was initially trainer by someone else. She did a great job with e-collar and the basics, however, she did nothing for his reactivity. Tim helped us understand we were the cause of his reactivity and helped us understand why and how to correct it. Yes, Beau is still reactive, however I know understand why and how to avoid it or correct it if it happens. He can now walk without issues in a group. He can now go out in public and ignore most dogs. When he does key on one, it is recognized and avoided BEFORE there is an issue. Two years ago his recall was decent, because of treats and discipline. Today his recall is MUCH better, because of relationship. Thankfully I now know the difference. WE are not perfect, but we are still working and getting better everyday. Thank you Synergy Cane9.

There is absolutely no other dog trainer that can be compared to Tim Ray at Synergy Cane 9. His expertise, patience and over all commitment to bringing out the very best in your dog is above and beyond what is anticipated! My dog Tyson was your typical wild and misbehaved pitbull. After going through his training, I couldn't even recognize him! What a difference! He is now a thriving and and outstanding member of my pack! I highly recommend anyone seeking a better connection, a better life with your dog to look no where else but Synergy Cane 9 to help achieve what I thought couldn't be done!
