I’ll leave it up to you. PROS: Tim is a very knowledgeable dog trainer. He is great with the dogs and during a pack walk I did with him, he was very helpful and focused. Immediately after the walk I booked the free consultation with him. CONS: While I was awaiting the consultation date, I had a tragedy in our family. In between driving back and forth from AZ and CA, while working remotely, while organizing the family I failed to cancel the consultation. Tim did text me several times (almost too many) and I ignored them because well.. training my dog was the LAST thing on my mind. When I did text back with an explanation and apology he responded with a snarky rude comment. You’ll also notice that although he will hold you accountable for your dogs behavior he does it in a way that’s almost condescending, and I don’t get offended easily at all. Do better. FINAL NOTES: If you need someone to kick your butt and make you accountable as well as end up with an obedient dog but don’t mind the “boot camp, you should know this” attitude, this is your guy. However if you have boundaries on being treated like a 6th grader and need a softer approach to training your dog, you may not appreciate him. I myself prefer to be spoken to like an adult, especially if I’m putting out thousands of dollars. Good luck!

(Please read the entire review) Tim Ray has a unique gift!! He understands how to communicate with dogs. In return, he explains how to best communicate with your dog. Tim truly dedicates his energy into helping both dogs and owners build confidence and better communication. Your dog should look to you as a leader. This is a very rewarding opportunity, but buyer beware ** you must do the work and put in the effort!! ** That means do a little training every day even if it's only 10-15 minutes a day. Record yourself training. Show off your effort and dedication. Tim is quick to respond to questions. He also LOVES to watch your training in action. If Tim recommends a new diet, follow the meal plan. You will see amazing results. Your dog will love it, and ultimately, they'll live a longer life. Food is love!! Best of luck 🍀 love your dog

Many dog obedience courses, focus on simple commands. Rarely do they address behavioral issues. At Synergy Cane 9, you learn how to connect with your dog. You will learn how to help your dog develop and overcome issues such as separation anxiety or anxiousness. Tim Ray is an exceptional trainer, who can identify and correct weaknesses in both the dog and its human. I would strongly recommend Synergy Cane9 to anyone who wants to really understand how to connect with their dog and give their dog a rich and fulfilled life.

I don’t even know if I know how to begin the difference that Tim has made in mine and my 2 year old German Pinscher, Cooper, relationship. We have been in training for a little over a month and initially I thought the fee was high until I thought about the investment in my dog and the life that I wanted to have with him: it was pennies in my opinion. Pennies. Literally. For my investment I have received or will receive eight one on one personal training sessions, eight group sessions with other dogs and owners who are just like me and Cooper, eight social visits where Cooper is with Tim all day long for intense training and evaluation. On top of all that, which is well worth the investment into my best friend, Tim has provided me tools not only in articles, books, advice, suggestions, diet management, but a place cot and slip leads and taught me how to use the E collar he has provided. Yes, an e collar is part of the program and has made an incredible difference. Cooper is already easier to walk and I can be in public with him without worry. He’s more comfortable around people and he enjoys our adventures. Do we have more work to do? Yes. We so. A lifetime of continuous work. That’s what it means to have a dog. Cooper and I have a lot more to do yet and more work with each other building the trust but I feel we are on the right track. Is Tim for everybody? Absolutely not. He is abrupt and he speaks his mind, he will call you out on your sh!t. He does nothing but advocate for the dog, which is exactly what I needed it and Cooper needed. I thank Tim every day and will continue to be his biggest fan.
