Annie and Sarah are fantastic. Not only are they dog people but they are people people too. They listen to questions, provide feedback, and celebrate with you when your pet is successful. Their training strengthens the relationship and trust between the pet and the owner. Their unique training obstacle course builds the confidence of the pet. Their advice on how to introduce him to new people and how to let him know he would be safe continues to come in handy. Not only do they provide group classes for puppy socialization and later obedience but they also will work with the owners one on one. Through this my unsocialized puppy was introduced to other dogs in a controlled way where I could learn the techniques I needed to help him be successful. Training is a process but through Synergy it has been both highly educational and fun.

Sarah did a great job putting us on the right path to solve jumping, mouthing, and pulling problems with our new, young dog, Lucy. After meeting Lucy and spending a few minutes assessing her, Sarah gave us a plan to address the problems. Lucy showed improvement immediately and has continued to progress. Taking an actual walk was really beneficial. Sarah had a relaxed way of interacting with Lucy that we are trying to emulate. She's a great teacher.

Sarah has been such a blessing for our family. Both of our dogs, Duke and Kona, had terrible leash reactivity. Duke also pulled the entire walk. Sarah took the time to really understand our concerns and frustrations, as well as to get to know our dogs. She explained the reasons behind the certain behaviors and never made my husband or me feel bad about the undesirable behavior the dogs had developed. We now have more confidence when walking our dogs and have a plethora of tools to use when they act up. We are also very excited to begin some obedience classes with Annie.
