I highly recommend Sarah Clusman at Synergy Dog Training. Back in mid-March I adopted a 5-month old puppy from a local canine rescue. He had major trauma and fear issues from being in a kill shelter followed up by a series of humane societies during his most formative months. He was scared to go for walks. Scared to get in the truck. I really needed help. After a few sessions with Sarah, River and I were successfully going for walks with each one getting longer than the next and he now loves jumping into the truck. She has taught me how to work with him in a way that builds his confidence. She truly understands dog behavior and how to modify it.
We adopted a 3 1/2 year old puppy mill mom about 4 months ago. Sarah and Synergy Dog training have been instrumental in helping us with our dog Heidi. Heidi has made such great progress with the help and guidance of Synergy. I highly recommend Synergy for Dog training and behavior issues.

Tucker, Sam, and Sarah offer a hands-on approach to dog training that feels personalized with small class sizes and individual stations. They were always open and available for questions, even outside of class, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Can’t wait for our next class!
