Tactical Treats and Training

Koda is a different dog since starting to work with Gianna. First we conquered some weight loss to make the load on his back legs easier and the plan worked well & quick, he can even sit without rolling over to one side now lol. A lot of trials to find his true food allergies, my boy is an extensive case. We’ve finally reached a diet that’s nearly complete in nutrition. His diet now consists for the first time ever of all food he’s not allergic to. No more constant itching, sun spots, licking his unders raw and needing topicals, no more constant nibbling at the top of his paws, and no more anti-itch prescription pills (expensive) every month. He’s officially off of them for 3 weeks now and we’re about 8 weeks into our journey. I can’t believe how content and at peace he always is and I wish we did this sooner. Working with Gianna and Ryan was absolutely the best thing for our dog! They take great care with not just training your dog but the most important part of teaching you how to guide your own dog through their training, and understanding the process of teaching your dog. We had just picked up our dutch shepherd Racket at 6 months old and he had little to no training in general, within a week long intensive set of lessons we got racket into heeling, sit, down, place along with other games to help with his energy and drive. Along with taking Racket out with Gianna and Ryans supervision to work on confidence building as he had some issues with fear aggression we nipped right away with their help. I am so grateful we worked with them and it definitely helped us start on the right foot with Racket, it gave us a great basis to build up his training so he could enjoy so many more adventures and more freedom. Gianna is constantly checking up on us and Racket and even though we went back down to NC, she always helps us if we have any questions regarding training. Both Gianna and Ryan truly are in the dog training business not for profit but for the love of dogs and helping them to have a better relationship with their humans, truly the best place to bring your dog.

My husband and I adopted a 12w mini Bernedoodle puppy with a ton of energy and potential for training. I've always wanted a dog with strong obedience and I was ready to start right away. Gianna came for an observational session and we decided to do the 2 week board and train, BEST DECISION EVER. My dog showed signs of anxiety and behavioral issues. The personalized training program and clear instructions for our puppy were everything we needed. I could not be more pleased with the progress we have seen in such a short time. You can feel the love and passion Gianna and Ryan have for dog training and their excitement in the growth of our puppy. They are gentle, firm, and direct in their training practices making it easier for us to work with her daily at home. Their facility is immaculate and welcoming. They gave us so many tips and recommendations for food, toys, and stimuli to keep her busy. We are excited to continue to utilize their services for boarding in the future and possibly more training if called for. 12/10 would recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their dog's life and potential. I'm so glad we found Gianna. We adopted a 3 year old Rottie with lots of energy. She's very sweet and loves people, but was terrible on a leash, not great with obedience, and almost no impulse control. We signed her up for the four day boot camp and we could see improvements after day 1. We're able to contact Gianna post training with any questions, and she follows up to check on Annie's progress and give us training tips. Highly recommended!!
