FirstBarkTails up has been training my parents dogs and my dogs for years. I am about to get a new puppy and I already know he is going t ok be training here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

My puppy is 7 months. Well socialized but does not listen to any commands. Can you help?
Tails Up basic obedience is great

You would really want to sign up for the beginning obedience class at the Tails Up Dog Training. This is an essential class for the dog to learn all basic obedience commands. The class is eight weeks long and it's much needed for both - the dog and the owner. It helped us a lot! As far as I know, the beginning obedience classes are filled up pretty quickly, so you may want to call their office to check for the available start dates or put your name on the waiting list.

Do you offer classes for training therapy dogs? Dante is signed up for the Canine Good Citizen class coming up this Thursday. I am hopeful that he passes that so I am looking for training for therapy dogs. Thank you.
The Tails Up Dog Training does offer therapy dogs classes. You will have to check with the staff to see when the next class is scheduled. Have fun with Dante in the CGC class!

She provided great instructions and demonstrations and gave individual attention as needed. The other team members were also great. I absolutely recommend this company! Elaine is amazing and I love her training methods. We are only halfway through our class and my 9 month old German Shepherd is heeling so well. I know a bit about training on my own, but Elaine has taught me so much already! My dog is much more well behaved and his engagement is improving everyday. She does send you home with a goal to come back and show. So be prepared to actually learn and teach your dog some awesome stuff. I will definitely be back!
