I’ve been working with them for a few months now while training my pup for service-dog work, and honestly they’ve been nothing but amazing. They’re extremely accommodating with anything I need, and they always explain things in a way that actually makes sense to me. They give super helpful tips and tricks that make the whole process so much easier. I have Kate as my trainer, and she’s genuinely incredible. I love working with her. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and you can tell she really cares. You can go to them with any question and they’ll always take the time to answer. Overall, they are awesome to work with and I’m so grateful for them.

The owner and head trainer has years and years of experience with multiple types of dog training and is continually increasing her education to increase knowledge on different levels for different specialties. After years and years of searching for a legitimate service dog trainer, we ended up in wonderful hands and and I am so thrilled with the training and support that I have received. Academy of Canine Excellence received the Best Dog Trainer in the City 2024 for a reason. I have had one service dog trained with them and now he is getting older and closer to retiring so we are now working with my 1-year-old pup and he's doing amazing with the help of these trainers.I would never go anywhere else for any training that involves dogs! They are very willing to work with scheduling and payments that make it a lot easier for many people to get the help that is desperately needed. I have also boarded my other dogs with them and have never had any worries about how they are treated or cared for.
