Her title should be, "The People Coach" because we are the real ones she needs to change! Appreciate her down-to-earth approach, her clear instructions, and fabulous resources. Paula is helpful in getting you to see where your pup is and is not yet and what is reasonable to expect as they develop. Grateful for her guidance and humor!
Paula is a diligent and insightful coach for our puppy. She is experienced and understands how our dog acts and reacts. In just a few visits with Paula, she provided us with the tools and plans we needed to work with our dog on many aspects from walking, to taking commands. And, she gves us homework and keeps us accountable! She's wonderful and we're fortunate to work with her!

I've done training before with shock collar but this kind of training is way more effective. She is so friendly that I feel I have made a friend for life with her! What's so awesome about Paula is that she not only gives us homework but really addresses my needs and goals. She sends articles, videos and suggestions throughout the week(s) to let us know she is our trainer regardless if she's in person or not. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to quickly train your puppy. They can be hard work until you get the right trainer!!

Paula is a puppy wizard who is helping us train our very large 100 lbs Lab puppy! Thanks to Paula's techniques, our energetic puppy will obey commands, walk on a leash without pulling and can be redirected fairly well when he does mischievous puppy things. What is the absolute best though, is that Paula is always available for a quick call or message if something unexpected comes up with our dog and we don't know what to do. She is responsive, patient with us and always has helpful suggestions that work.
