The Wayward Canine

Cant say enough about what a great experience we had with the Wayward Canine! Easy communication and evaluation with Josh right off the bat. We brought our 1.5 year old intact male rottweiler Louie in for a 4 week board and train and couldnt be happier with the results! Krysten built up a great bond with Louie which was clear to see with all the progress that was made and treated him like her own. Krysten clearly has a strong passion for training and her amazing care for Louie put our mind at ease leaving him for 4 weeks. Her weekly updates were very thorough and seeing him almost daily on social media made the experience that much better. The private lesson on pickup was very informative and answered any questions we had, ensuring we built on the training he had. Without a doubt will be bringing Louie back for day camps and boarding in the future! If youre looking for too notch training, look no further!

Kristin and Josh are amazing! Charlie came in to their facility a MESS. Charlie has been attending Wayward for 8 months now and he is a completely different dog. I can’t express enough how grateful we are to the Wayward team. Now that Charlie is a good boy now, we still bring him 3 days a week because he LOVES going. 630 am Monday, Wednesday and Fridays I say you ready to go to school? He stands at the door and waits for me to leash him. On our way in he cries the entire time wagging his whole butt. The second he walks in Josh gets the biggest, wettest kiss! We will never stop bringing Charlie because Wayward is his pack! He loves going and I love seeing him happy! I only left 1 star, because there isn’t an option to leave zero stars. I originally called because I was looking for a boarding facility and a friend recommended them. However, I wasn’t able to get anyone on the phone or even leave a voicemail. So, I went to the facility and scheduled the boarding for my dogs in person. I confirmed with them for drop off at 9am on Sunday during the week prior. On Sunday, it was snowing, so they just didn’t show up to take my dogs. I tried calling and emailing multiple times and was not able to get ahold of them. I had to scramble to find someone else to help me with my dogs before I had to leave for my trip. I have never dealt a more unprofessional business, and I would never recommend anyone ever use them.
