The Well Heeled Way®️ is a simple, straightforward dog training approach offered in three formats tailored to your needs (in-home or on-site dog training & an online course). We implement a proactive, science-based process that positively shapes your dog’s conduct, both in the house & amidst unfamiliar environments. By mirroring your dog’s natural social behavior, we can nurture a calm & attentive canine that will love their training sessions as much as you will! We guarantee that our private training sessions will assist you with improving the relationship between you & your furry friend. If you are not satisfied with the results of the private training, Jerry will not accept a fee! (Puppies should be 16 weeks old & fully vaccinated)

If I had to put my experience in one sentence I would have to say Jerry is the dog whisperer!! Jerry was my last resort before I was going to have to give up my dog Chomper because of my many health issues. I had asked around work and his name was the only one everyone said. From the get go literally five minutes in Chomper was a new man. You almost think it is to good to be true but it is amazing the difference in my dog. I feel like I have a whole different dog who doesn’t drag me or pull me down. Comes back when I call him. Just plain well mannered. It even impressed my hard to impress husband. I am so thankful for everything Jerry has done for me so I could keep my dog and the skills for any dog I would have in the future. If you are in need of a dog trainer, please look no further!!

Jerry’s process is simple and straightforward but really helps. Before the training we struggled to walk Winnie. Walks weren’t very enjoyable because she just wanted to pull and go everywhere. Now she walks beside us and doesn’t try running after everything she sees. And if she does, it’s easy to get her focused back on the walk. She’s getting better at home too, but we still need to keep up the consistency on our end. If you need help with your dog we highly recommend calling Jerry!

We’ve trusted our dogs to Jerry’s care since I was a kid. Now with a dog and family of my own- I knew the only place to take him for boarding was Jerry’s! And when we were having a hard time walking past other dogs and behaving- I knew exactly who to call. Jerry helped us turn our reactive, high energy, loud barking ruckus maker into a polite, well-mannered, model citizen! His genius calm-dog cord combined with the three C’s we were taught in lessons, Woody can finally walk calmly past other dogs without creating a scene and potentially dangerous antics.
