We had to board our girl somewhere new for our recent vacation and our day camp reccommended Thomson K9 Services to us. To be perfectly honest, our girl has not always done well at new places, so we were pretty concerned about her. Brigitte really made us feel comfortable with our decision by first initiating a meet and greet with a tour and provided a schedule of sorts of what to expect each day. I mean, she had our Daisy's heart at 2 walks per day! After we dropped her off, Brigitte sent us a status report pretty quick to let us know that she was getting acquainted with her surroundings. Brigitte also sent a text, picture, or video each day we were away. The care our girl received and the communication with us was top notch! 5 stars is just not enough to express how wonderful Brigitte is!! Thank you for taking such good care of our girl! We could not be more grateful!

Brigitte helped so much with getting our puppy off to a good start. Our family last got a puppy for a pet 16 years ago. The difference between adult dogs and puppies is quite an adjustment and just like babies, you forget how hard it can be! Every week she was prepared with great reminders for puppy health, advice on potty training, and beginning obedience. Everything she shared was easy to take home and implement and our family is so glad we did puppy class with Brigitte!

Brigitte is an actual dog whisperer. She has helped us tremendously with our 4-5 month old puppy, Honey, who was on a terror with puppy biting, jumping, and pulling on the leash.Every time we have a question, Brigitte has an answer! We look forward to continuing training sessions, boarding, and hopefully checking out some of her "pack walks". Brigitte also went above and beyond while boarding our pup. She sent daily photos and updates, and we could tell that Honey was actually enjoying her stay! 🐶 Highly recommend!!

Our golden retriever puppy Phoebe was a strong handful for us. Brigitte worked with us doing several day training sessions and Phoebe learned quickly under Brigitte's excellent training. She learned excellent leash manners and basic obedience skills. Phoebe is now well socialized and I enjoy taking her out in public and she is also very good with my small grandchildren. It was important for me to have a dog I could trust around the children and Brigitte's training has gotten us there. We have also used her boarding services several times and Phoebe is happy to see Brigitte and goes in cheerfully and I love getting pictures of her play time and activities. Thank you Brigitte!
