Hello! I love dogs and people who have them! As a trainer I want to help You have the best relationship with your dog through clear communication. I am able to achieve this through using a balanced method of training Using food and toys as well as corrections when needed. I offer private lessons as well as Resident training programs that I call "Board and Train". We also offer just boarding for 1 day to several weeks. I'm 71 and the owner of a 7 month old great Pyrenees weighing in at 65 lbs. A puppy that big was hard to handle but after 1 training session my dog is calmer and more obedient and happier too. I'm so glad I found Thompson K9 and am looking forward to more training.

I met with Bridget for an initial consultation and she provided a ton of valuable information. I've had several dogs during entire adult life, and there were some things that I simply didn't know or it wasn't told about how to correct my dogs undesirable behavior. My situation is very unique and obviously my dog is an individual with his own personality and quirks. She was able to assess him In person and give me the tools I needed to be a more insightful and confident dog owner. I did not feel a need for further consultations however, if I do, I will certainly go back to her. Highly recommend.
Brigitte was an excellent trainer for Rhaenyra my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She listened to what I wanted to accomplish and what my concerns were and geared the training to those specifics. Brigitte was very easy to work with and has a true love for dogs. ❤️

Bridgette has been wonderful with training. She offers insightful corrections for not only the dog but the owner, too. She takes the time to help guide the owner so that you can set your dog up for success. Before any training, she made sure we understood how to use a marker system and explained the basics of dog behavior psychology. Her impact has been invaluable, and I am beyond pleased with the results I have experienced. While my dog boarded with her, I never had any doubts that he was in good care. She sent daily pictures and updates, and exceeded my expectations. My dog adores Bridgette, and she has gone above and beyond by answering countless questions outside of our scheduled sessions. You can tell dogs love Bridgette, and she has a natural passion for helping them. I highly recommend Bridgette/ Thomson K9 services for any dog training or behavior modifications you want to make.
