Three Dimensional Dog Training

Amy worked with my 2 rescue dogs from the start, and later we worked with the other 3D dogs trainers as well for counterconditioning. My dogs did well with leash reactivity. Currently they are continuing counterconditioning/desensitization with positive reinforcement only. They were exposed to triggers at safe distance from the start. They achieved neutrality on walk especially from strangers appearing, and they still need some distance from other dogs. We are currently specifically working in gradually reducing that distance. I am learning in the process that positive conditioning, with removal of treat/play temporarily to curb some behavior, is safe, beneficial and effective when done with proper guidance, without recurring to negative reinforcement or positive corrections.

Aaron has been amazing. We have a puppy whose behavior made it difficult to control her, and her sister who is 7 didn’t want to play with her. We did 5 sessions with Aaron, and it has been so beneficial (both for us and our dogs). Aaron gave us the tools to teach her to behave and be the wonderful addition to our family we had hoped for.
