Can’t say enough about Ken Brady. He turned our two dogs around 180° in their “Problem areas” Two great dogs, but one who was so reactive to other dogs that going for walks was a nightmare! Not to mention that he was a “Barker!” I’d spoken to a few trainers first and came away with a gut feeling that they might not be for us. Then a friend told us about Ken. I called and we spoke for a while, he addressed all of my concerns with a certainty that left me thinking…..”This guy can fix our dogs!” He showed up a few days later and couldn’t have been more pleasant, informative and reassuring. He took control of our two “Pals,” explained what he was doing with each training exercise and made sure we understood how to put the dogs through their paces until he returned the next week. We went to work and gave it our best. To make a long story short, after six weeks our walks are now a pleasant experience!!! Here we are with dogs who walk by our side, sit when we stop, no more going after other dogs and so many other commands they happily perform. Ken is a professional, very easy to work with, and takes his time. His approach has taught us that this is more about knowing HOW to train the pups properly and consistently than it is about the dogs themselves. He comes to your house, provides all of the equipment (yours to keep) and shows you how to properly train your pups on and off leash. He works with them hands on as well. He had our dogs listening to commands in the first five minutes before the paperwork was even complete! You definitely need to “do your homework” and practice in between sessions to get the most out of this training but I’m confident that we will have 2 very well behaved pups when we are finished.
