Training Carolina Dogs

I can’t thank Nicole enough for the incredible work she did with my reactive Aussiedoodle, Eddie. Her patience, expertise, and personalized approach made all the difference. My dog has transformed from anxious and reactive to calm and well-behaved. Nicole provided us with practical techniques and ongoing support, making the training process smooth and effective. My favorite part is being able to take him on long walks or to a coffee shop with me during the week which I would have never been able to do before the training.

Nicole transformed our Jack from an anxious and jumpy troublemaker into a calm and happy family dog, which has been life-changing for us with three little kids. Jack joined Nicole’s program when he was almost 2 years old, and in just 2.5 weeks of the **Adult Stay and Train**, he built his confidence and finally understood what we wanted from him. The progress has been incredible! Thank you so much, Nicole! We can’t recommend your program enough!

We have two dogs. Skylar, a 1 1/2 yr old Wire Hair Fox Terrier, who is deaf. Dare is a 3 yr old Smooth Hair Fox Terrier. We bought Skylar as a puppy and we had great success with her board and train program, but they were moving and could not accept Dare. We were in the process of trying to locate a board and train because of previous experience. We were familiar with the stimulation collar because of the success we had from a previous program. We were preparing for an overseas trip and needed to get the both of them under control for our house sitter before we left. We did hire an in home trainer and that was a disaster. We are so grateful that we found Nicole! She was so informative while we were enrolling Dare. Dare was a show dog and never trained to be a household companion. He was a “puller” while walking, a “screamer” at everything, and he was not taught basic commands. She has an excellent environment for training and it is extremely clean. Nicole would text daily, with videos, to show his steady improvement. We met her during the halfway point and could not believe the difference. In fact, we asked her what did she do with our dog? This could not be the same little guy. During his final week, his sister, Skylar, joined Dare for a “refresher” to her formal board and train at the other company and to learn some boundaries. She brought both of them to our house when training was complete. The difference was as night and day! We could not be more pleased with the training they received. They both now know “place”. Dare knows all of his basic commands and is now a pleasure to walk. Nicole is so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend her services to anyone!! We did hire her, but we feel that she is now part of our fur-ever family from now on.

I cannot say enough how much the training has helped. With a household of 4 English Springers....life at home was chaotic. I now can enjoy walks without pulling or barking and will place on command. They are so proud of themselves as well! I feel equipped with knowledge of what to do and not to do. And I look forward to continuing to work with my pups. I would recommend Training Carolina Dogs over and over!
