Multi-dog households bring their own unique dynamics, and you’ve done a great job staying consistent and applying what we’ve worked on. I’m especially proud of how quickly you picked up the structure and timing pieces. Once the humans understand the “why,” everything becomes clearer for the dogs — and that’s when it starts to feel fun instead of overwhelming. Your dogs absolutely feed off your energy, and they’re lucky to have someone willing to keep learning and improving for them. I look forward to continuing our work together.

I trained alongside Karen for about 3 years prior to her starting her own business and I can say with confidence that she is 100% committed to her mission to change dog and human lives. She has a balanced approach that emphasizes confidence building for both the dog and the human. She is passionate, educated, and honest! Some trainers advertise with impressive videos that promise a dog's perfect obedience with little to no effort from the owner, but Karen sets realistic expectations based off the dog's personal needs and emphasizes that it is our responsibility as owners to change our daily habits and routines for our pets in order to have long lasting results and a deeper bond. Once your dog has established some training and you have a vacation to go on, your dog can stay at the aunt Karen retreat and you'll question whether or not it's you or your dog that's on vacation! I trust absolutely no one else with boarding my dog. These are pictures from some of her adventures while I was on cruise with my family, she was having the time of her life! 5 stars always. She is worth EVERY penny!

Karen is an incredible dog trainer!!! She is passionate about what she does and truly cares about your unique situation and understanding what you and your dog need. She takes the time to explain things to you and ultimately is not only training your dog, but also teaching you how to follow through with the training and be better for your dog. I have a 2 year old Great Dane that was becoming aggressive with his older Great Dane brother and basically getting away with doing what he wanted to do when he wanted to do it, with little respect for me. After working with Karen, he now respects me and listens to my commands and I am able to correct him properly. His brother went through training as well, and he went from pulling me down to go after another dog during a walk to heeling by my side and is a joy to take on walks. I can’t give her enough stars or recommend Training with Karen enough!!!

Karen was amazing. She helped us overcome some issues we were having with our dog. She taught us alot of valuable trips to get some of his behaviors under control. I would definitely recommend.
