FirstBarkHeidi is a terrific trainer who helped improve our dog Chester’s recall. She also gave us ideas about how to keep his brain busy with fun games at home. I learned that slowing our walks down to let him sniff more was just as tiring as a brisk walk for him so we aren’t always walking at my pace anymore. She helps you understand your dog’s point of view.

Heidi really has the skills to get my pups doing amazing things. I had a problem where my puppy was stuck with coming, and she implemented a tool we can use every day to get results and Buckley loved it! She turned a sticky stop into a game. Then we proceeded onto some tricks and Heidi broke it down where I could follow along and we had him confirmed on new tricks quickly. I also learned that the ultimate is just in verbal cues and now we do both body and verbal communications. Thank you Heidi for helping me bring Buckley along and have him become a fun and solid canine in our world.
Heidi was incredibly professional and had a number of resources for us to train our new she to puppy named Milo. She offered plenty of helpful ideas about how to manage puppy behavior and to slowly introduce it to new environments while keeping a positive and constructive environment.
